Terms and conditions:

• 1. That You will be on probation for 12 months, which should be deemed to have been extended, unless a letter of confirmation of your services is issued to you. During the period of probation, your services are liable to be terminated without any notice and/or assigning any reason thereof on either side. If the services are terminated from your end, you shall provide a notice period of 30 days or payment in lieu thereof.
• 2. That it will be the discretion of the management to assign you with any work and regulate the working hours from time to time.
• 3. That in case of gross misconduct or violation of term/terms of employment or any information in personal data furnished by you being wrong, you will be liable to instant dismissal without any notice or compensation.
• 4. If any Condition Becomes a Dispute, then jurisdiction only Delhi Courts.
• 5. In the month off day, only Sunday on which you attend all working day.
• 6. If you quit our company and show a negative image of Unizona Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. in people/other/anywhere then the company can claim against you in which penalty five times multiples of your total received amount till date from the side of the company.
• 7. In Marketing post/Calling/other must be minimum Business as per finance attached other salary deducted as per company Norms.
• 8. If work extra as per target than the amount will be paid as per Company Norms.
• 9. Salary pay as Bank Account/Check, and cash mode is not applicable as per Company Norms.
